Section 9
Tenure of Chairman and Members
(1) The term of office of the Chairman and the members appointed under clauses (d) and (e) of sub-section/(1) of section 6 shall be four years from the date of appointment.
(2) The Government of Nepal may re-appoint the chairman or member for one more term if it sees fit.
